Coming down again here in Austin. Storms typically go W-E so it will be over the Brazos watershed in a couple of hours.

There is a large amount of rain hitting the Brazos basin area over the next 4 days. Not a good scenario. We could be dealing with flooding for 10 more days.

drove over it thru rosenberg yesterday it was close to the hwy 59 bridge.
ain't no more cane on the Brazos this week

It crested higher than they thought last night. Big rain expected this afternoon through sat. Where I live we are still ok.

Most people I know pronounce it like Brazzus. But then again, we could go all day about correct ways of saying things around Houston; San Felipe, Fuqua, Kuykendahl......

Venetian Estates is where I grew up. Went to Lakeview Elementary.

One drug store. One single theater. DQ. Sugar factory. One supermarket.

It was awesome.
