I dont get it... there were like four different groups of 2 people each a quarter of a mile apart just sitting there. It wasnt a group of anybody. Are married couples in brazil having their house raided for sleeping in the same bed right now?

Well, if they let one or two people use the hiking trail or beach, eventually more and more idiotic people will begin to crowd on in, ruining social distancing initiatives.
If the average person were intelligent, this type of stuff wouldn't be necessary.
