If it happens on business premises there is a claim for negligent security in FL depending on the crime grid and level of security the establishment should have had.
I would say in NOLA, the standard of care is probably 10 armed guards at every entrance given the skyrocketing crime. It's probably the same in Port au Prince.

Hopefully Soros. People need to find a way to prove Soros liable for getting DAs elected that don’t prosecute crimes resulting in increased crime, lower property values and business losses. Soros has pockets and could be bankrupted. There is a path to do it if the trial lawyers would use their talents to go after him.
