This is going to trigger the OT but it's facts:
- Blacks are twice as likely to get arrested for drugs even though drug use is comparable by whites.
- Blacks are three times more likely than whites to be pulled over, with blacks being less likely to be given a reason why.
- Blacks are more likely to be held in jail while waiting trial, disrupting their lives even more and preventing them from being able to prepare a defense when the control is comparable in age, record, charge, etc.
- Blacks are twice as likely to get arrested for drugs even though drug use is comparable by whites.
- Blacks are three times more likely than whites to be pulled over, with blacks being less likely to be given a reason why.
- Blacks are more likely to be held in jail while waiting trial, disrupting their lives even more and preventing them from being able to prepare a defense when the control is comparable in age, record, charge, etc.

Like the above comment I made, I'd bet white folks by and large are better at covering things that can be used as a pre-text for a stop.

I have a hard time believing they aren't given a reason why.

This would probably match with whites on the same income level as blacks being arrested.

See above. They're often busted doing something else and the cop finds much more. Also, it is literally impossible for them to have any data as to whether or not they "given a reason why" or not.

This is laughable. This kid is a criminal and gets out on probation. If he were to hurt me or my family when he should be in jail then I would be going after that judge.
