Dude, he bought his mom a house. That's more important than attempted murder.

He will be back in jail for a serious crime before he's 20.
But not before SWB appoints him to some "improve the community with your experience" position. I'm sure Gravy and/or Helmet and/or K&B will have negative remarks about the judge posted soon, if not already.

Serious question, Who is "brave" enough to stand opposite these kids and take these pictures?

I'll be the first to commend them on their trigger discipline

Many don't like the sentence. However, since the "fee for stay" prison complex does nothing to rehabilitate those it houses, I think in the long run this kid has a better chance of turning his life around and being a contributor to society with this sentence.

So in 6 months he gets off two pretty serious charges. When is enough, enough?

Not counting the little guy in the back, how many of those guys do you think have zero arrests on their record?
Odds on less than 3 of them still having a clean record in 5 years?
How many of those guns have a clean history and were purchased legally?

I bet they all have records already.

And people outside of prison have a better chance at being shot or killed by him, so that doesn't work how sentences are supposed to work for society. Retribution, incapacitation and deterrence come before rehabilitation. If it was your son that he was attempting to shoot, I'm sure you wouldn't care that much about the shooter's contribtuion to society in the future.

Let's not forget that these idiots are spraying bullets all over the place and not hitting intended targets. Those rounds could hit anybody.

Rehabilitation is for those capable. This idiot will be shooting at people within a few months at best.

Can't wait to see how he spends his 250 hrs of "community service". Denise Marcelle is probably going to write that shite off for him by next week.
