Pretty sure historic south baton rouge was/is always been predominately black area. Pretty famous black musicians/actors use to stop by to perform in the area

They’re referring to I-110, not I-10.

Well I think there is some errors both ways here. 110 went through a white area at the time. 10 especially near the bridge went through a black area. I think the Washington street ramp was sort of a deal for access for that part of the black community. But 110 for the most part cut through a white working class area.

I would be far more open to taxes etc if they would. Right now it is throwing money into a hole because they won’t take any responsibility.

There are plenty of hardworking blacks that are successful and good, decent people. The problem Is all the ones that are stuck in the system. It’s too comfortable.

Ha, old Metairie was cut through by I-10, and people were forced out of their houses, but no one give 2 fricks about it because it's white people.... That shite happens, they need to fricking move on...

What a world we live in! Trees and interstates are now racist! 
The word "racist" is so overused it has completely lost its meaning and stigma. It's just an annoyance now because EVERYONE who is white and doesn't agree with the left is automatically racist....obviously
ETA: Also if the interstate is racist, how are we supposed to get into the fenced in part of the BR zoo?
