I don't think it's a typewriter. The underscores on a typewriter aren't that perfect. Just used the font similar to a typewriter

Point taken if you in a situation to do so...that’s one way to play it. I’ve worked for city parish government before and being right doesn’t really matter much! But I get the strategy!
