Sir, I get it you are an idealist.
But, at no point in the history of this great nation have the laws been equally applied. Take a look at our history. Hell take a look at what's happening now.
So you can argue all day about what should be(and that's noble). But you still have to live in the real world.

You guys are arguing that women are held to a lesser standard than men and that is the way it should be.
It shouldn’t be that way. That is it.

she wasn't being arrested, she was being detained. Probable Cause (yeah, she probably did some shite, and here's why...) is needed to arrest, but only reasonable suspicion (she looks and acts like she probably did some shite, so lets see if we can get her to give us PC) is needed to further inquire into the matter to attain probable cause.
you're only arrested if you're booked and taken into custody.
