Or, his body language could just mean that he actually believes what he is saying, not necessarily that what he is saying is true.

The whole thing about analyzing body language of a stranger to see if they’re lying is largely bull shite. If it’s someone one knows well, or has counseled etc, it can kind of be done, but there has to be some type knowledge on the base of the persons mannerisms and body language. For instance some people will say “oh when someone is lying they look away or don’t make eye contact”, well some people are very uncomfortable with eye contact and don’t make it ever, but these “experts” will come in with no base or knowledge of how the person acts normally and then say “oh he looked away, he’s lying.” A bunch of Dr Phil bullshite

The world wants physical evidence. There should be an entire wing of the Smithsonian devoted to "We don't know what this is, or where it came from."
They won't because Scientists don't like not having all the answers. They won't admit to not knowing something, and putting it out for the whole world to see.

Yes. The Nevada test site was well known. And there had been some military activity there since WWII. I just did a quick newspaper search and found a Reno newspaper from 1966 referring to "Area 51' of the site, where a super-secret project is underway."
In fact I think the fame and mystery of Area 51 is why Lazar moved there looking for a job with a contractor.
