Well it can’t be a random person off the street. So we’re probably talking about an employee who had a medical issue or got trapped. Sucks that nobody thought to check the freezer when they disappeared from their shift.

You can't accidentally get trapped in a commercial style freezer. Unless the latch got broke, or she was somehow rendered incapable of moving/opening the door, some detail is missing.
