He spent 2 years in jail for two counts of Attempted Murder for shooting and wounding two people in a vehicle. The day he plead guilty, he was released on Time Served. Because he was sentenced to 15 years in prison. With 13 suspended. So he walked out of court the same day.

2) Oct 2019 as a 17 year old, he was allegedly hired to kill his first victims. He fired into a vehicle wounding two people. He was tried as an adult and pled guilty to two counts of Attempted Murder. Incarcerated in 2021 but released in 2023 after spending two years in jail. Judge sentenced him to 15 years in prison but suspended all but 2 years. He walks out of the court room a free man after his guilty plea.
Every death after this is on the DA and Judges hands
I still don’t understand how when you try to murder someone but fail you get a weaker prison sentence than if you succeeded. “Attempted” murder should carry every penalty as “successful” murder

I believe that shooting into a vehicle and killing someone is a capital offense in Alabama. Yet because these people were lucky enough to have survived the guy just walks after two years. SMH.

At what point does the FBI get involved?
If local Democrat leaderslawyers/judges are involved in his sentencing and release where he was allowed to kill more people, the FBI will NOT be here to help. They will be here to cover up for the politicians that allowed and encouraged this terrorist.

How was he walking the streets with that many charges? How many times did they have him in custody? Was he out on bail? How?
I think you have to have 20 murders minimum under your belt before being denied bond in Alabama now.

Jesus Christ! That dude did work in 2024. Did he not think he would get caught?

Judges in these cities are elected by people who want less law enforcement and consequences. They’re doing what they were elected to do

Crime in cities won’t improve until the voters in those communities care more about the victims than the criminals.
Now voters in cities identify more with the people who commit crimes than those hurt by crime and that is why they vote for judges who let dangerous people roam the streets.

Shows he is not afraid of prison, and probably thinks he'll just get another slap on the wrist from the DA & judge if he is caught again

I'm pretty sure the legislators who wrote/approved the sentencing standards bear some level of culpability in the matter as well. If it weren't legally possible, it wouldn't be happening.

Why are these types allowed to continue on? Exterminate them at 1st incident. Bc it probably was just the 1st caught.
