I guess this is one of those threads where all the local left just happen to be out doing things

Get ready for $150,000 aluminium and carbon fiber pickup trucks with quad turbo 1.5L engines and hybrid battery packs.
Does that even have enough power to hang truck nuggets off?

Do they think car manufacturers are creating less efficient engines on purpose? This admin is so stupid

If it’s an average over all vehicles in their line up, they better start pumping out a lot of EV’s.
Advantage Toyota. They can keep on selling 150,000 Tundras that get 20 mpg while selling millions of high mpg hybrid corollas, prius, rav4.......

Tacking in traffic is going to be a bitch.

i was trying to determine whether the CAFE average is based on sales or just the number of models....
Wasn't clear

You'll save $500 per month in wheel ware as you'll only be driving on your back two wheels.

If the US ceased to exist tomorrow, China and India would make up for those lost emissions by 2030.

You’re right, we should all just throw up our hands and say “Screw it ! We’re all fricked !!”
Ya know, i am old enough to remember a time when the U.S. led the way, by example, and then other countries followed suit…. But i guess that’s a little to passe’ for some of yall .

I'm good with my 10mpg tundra

So you agree with this proposal?
Posted on 4/1/22 at 1:01 pm to SnoopALoop
Car manufacturers will just make up new units to abide by this. The new Jeep Wrangler hybrid averages 49 MPGe*
*Miles per gallon of gasoline equivalent
Basically, it still gets less than 20 mpg, but if the hybrid battery is fully charged you can go 30 miles without using fuel. So they just add those two together and create a new bullshite unit.

Well that’s exactly what the people pulling his strings want. They want all the people herded into the cities like sheep.

I wonder who the dumb shite is behind the scenes that is coming up with all these dumbass rules and laws. It has been barely over a year and these laws that they have come up with have been some of the most stupid in American history. Inflation rising, gasoline out of control, economy on the brink, WW3 on the edge. Yet these retards more concerned about LGBT, climate change, and raising minimum wage at McDonalds.

What do you think of 49 mpg by 2026?

We are still leading the way in debauchery.
