For reference this is part of Ed Reed's video he posted right after named HC of Bethune-Cookman. He had to end up doing shite they told him, before hiring him, they would do and he makes it sound like they might have just hired him thinking he had NFL money and he would be willing to pay for upgrades, etc.

The article says unrestricted. I’ve read about some of her prior huge donations where an assistant calls and gets information on an account that can accept $$$. Then, boom, enjoy. No strings.
If the schools and groups she donates to blow it, then they showed other potential donors that they are unworthy of their support. It’s a good test.

consider Knoxville College. They had a student graduate two years ago. They have had neither students nor faculty for about a decade and most of the buildings have been condemned.

Well.. Its her money and she can obviously do whatever she wants with it, but I just feel there are causes that do a lot more for people than donating to HBCUs.
