I know you said no to Mexico, but seriously, look into Mexico City.

Why go to an all inclusive by yourself? Food in those places isn't expensive, it can be dirt cheap.

If you are by yourself why not find a cheap flight, find a cheap room, and find food and drinks from there?

Looking to go on an all inclusive relaxing vacation. Maybe with a golf course. Somewhere outside of the US. Maybe the DR, Bahamas

You're gonna spend that $1000+ just for round trip plane tickets for 2 people.

There's some places in Costa Rica that you can get all-inclusive stays for under that, depending on the length of stay. Most of the travel sites have things to look up all-inclusive trips. I know Costco's travel site has a "vacation package" section.

CheapCaribbean.com is your best bet. Your options will be limited if looking under $2k and eliminating mexico.

As others have said, airfare could be most of that budget.

If you're getting all inclusive, why does it matter if it's out of the country? It's all going to be the same cookie-cutter BS anyway. Especially for that price.
