Sprinkle a little regular table salt on your hands and wash. Follow with washing with regular hand soap. The salt works as a scrub and neutralizes the odor.

The answer is saltine crackers. Hard to believe, but wash your hands normally, them crush up some saltines in your hands afterwards.
