This one is easy for me.
A TENS machine from Amazon. Any time I even slightly feel back tightness coming on, I use it for a few days(couple times a day for 20 minutes) and the back pain never ramps up into something uncomfortable.
I’d recommend one to anyone whose back tightens up from time to time. It stops it in its tracks.

Truetap waiter's corkscrews are the best and I prefer them to any other of any type
I've owned expensive electric options, Laguiole en Aubrac I've bought in France, other heirloom quality ones, etc.
But I exclusively use truetaps which are like 6 dollars and I have them all over the place.

Korean soup spoons, they were under ten dollars when I bought them; now they're double that, but they're worth every penny. I use them all the time when cooking.

For my husband, a shoe horn that is much longer than usual, so he doesn't have to bend so far.
For my cooking, spatulas that are one piece so they don't have to be taken apart to get the grime our.
From Lee Valley, the fingernail cleaners that medical types use. I use them for cleaning vegetables and fingernails.

Agree with the bamboo back scratcher. 20+ years here and use it each night before turning in! Wow, it feels great

I had to go back and see when I bought it. I bought it in 2021. It was $28. I bought it thinking I would be lucky to get 2 years out of it. Obviously I don't use it in the summer time, but I am cold natured so anytime it gets a little chilly outside, in the morning... I will use it.
I bought a level for under $10 that comes in handy every once in awhile.
