The ladies in our cleaning service at work will only work around 35 hours. I asked one why and she said any more than that and they will loose their benefits. So yes, they play the game they were taught.

Yeah, what's worse than that is they are separated by business groups. So all your employees may be performing well but someone has to be in the bottom 10%. You are sometimes being ranked by someone who doesn't even know what you do on a day by day basis.

I was more suggesting his personal security detail. That is the easiest way to observe the immediate surroundings. Hell, we even use them at work to look at flares, fence lines and tracks.
