Best is subjective.
Enjoyable and close to Cajun culture? Mexican.
Best culture for our country? Indian.
They come in, work hard, and they leave that tribal crap the second they touch US soil. They share and keep their culture, but enjoy ours as well.

Asians. Quiet, productive members of society, family oriented, and keep their opinions to themselves.
Credit to most Mexicans tho. Strong family culture, hard workers, rarely ask for ‘assistance’.
Seems like ‘best’ typically relates to a strong family culture and willingness to work to support it. Actually doing it...not just getting a tattoo and saying you do while doing drugs and cheating on your spouse and kids.
