Each minority beautifully contributes in its own unique way for the most part. The Mexicans and other Hispanic/Latino folks are hard workers who bring a lot of good cuisine. The Indians are freakishly good with technology. Most Asians are extremely disciplined and financially successful. It's all subjective.
I'm not going to get banned by naming minority groups who don't contribute.

African immigrants also do very well here. Don’t lump them in with the rest of us.

There's a huge difference. African immigrants are a very small minority. The vast majority of them I've come across are almost always very pleasant, polite, humble, and hardworking.

I like korean food, living on the west coast we get a lot of options with Asian, latino influenced, euro, etc.
I've been disappointed with vietnamese restuarants, I find that the food karts have better food. Pho took off and its everywhere. Japanese, thai, and chinese (legit Szechuan) are my preference here. Anyone who pays attention in the lunch threads sees my sushi addiction
