Hi all. Please help. Where is the best place to go for a gallbladder attack that requires removal? This is acute and needs an ER. Thank you

No. Go to the nearest one with a surgeon on call.

Don’t think they have an ER.

I’d go to the Lake. There are only 2 Level-1 Trauma Centers in LA and they are one of them.

Go to a vet. They are cheaper.

The BR General Emergency Room at 73 in Pville is only 12 minutes past Bluebonnet and it's never busy.

I had to have mine removed via emergency surgery. The last thing on my mind was posting on a message board.

If you get past the ER doc at the lake and get a surgeon you will be fine, if not the ER doc might kill you. BR general bluebonnet is a safer bet unless you don’t have a dick then woman’s is a good option too. They actually practice customer service there… sometimes.

Would not recommend going to any female vets along the Gulf Coast right now.
