I’m not sure who the sex crime attorney is to go for this. The only two attorneys I’ve met who handled those types of cases seemed like pedophiles or really sick individuals in the first place.
Depends on the crime. If it’s pedophile stuff you might be hard pressed to find any good attorneys. Nobody wants to defend those people. If it is drunken sex that is now being called rape, that’s more of the regular criminal defense attorney.
