You are going to need to be more specific regarding the accusations if you want a real answer. Different attorneys handle different crimes in some cases. For instance, I wouldn't want a guy who specializes in drug cases handling a murder case. And sex crimes are their own specialty area.

What area are we talking about? Some lawyers are better at defending kiddie touchers and others are better at defending drunk drivers.. so you will have to tell us what it is he is being accused of in order to recommend the best lawyer.
