Budget. Plan your life and live your plan.

Golden Rule - Treat others as you would want to be treated.

There is no way to happiness; happiness is the way. Wake up every day with a positive attitude.

Find something every day to improve yourself personally or your job performance.

Be humble. Analyze your mistakes and work to avoid them.

Avoid overindulgence, but splurge occasionally.

Recognize the beauty and majesty of our world and thank God for letting you be part of it.

Find someone special with whom to share your life.

Buy as much investment real estate as you can right now. You'll thank me in 20 years.

One other thing I forgot. If your a hunter, or even if your not, invest in some land.
If your a hunter, nothing like buying that UTV, tractor, ect and being able to write it off.
If not, buy the right property, preferably timber land, and lease it out for more than the taxes. Timber will grow, land values should continue to climb, and, if all goes well, your sitting on ypart of your retirement when you sell the timber. As of now, you can sell timber up to the cost you payed with no taxes if set up right.

Best advice/tips.

1. Give of yourself - pay it forward. Compassion and gratitude.
2. If you marry, marry for love, not lust. And then quit shopping for someone/something new.
3. Live in the moment, but plan for the future.
4. Live within your means.
5. Life is not an entitlement- it can be short, and it doesn’t have to be fair.

Take your time and find a good hard-working women from a solid loving family who actually loves you for who you are and not for how much money you make.

Save the money you make! Let everyone around you live it up live modest and frugal. 35-40 yrs old comes FAST. You want to be the one with 6 figures in the bank, not 6 figure lifestyle but waiting on your next check. Life will be way better my friend.

Good advice.

Waiting till 40 to have kids is bad advice.
