The western cell in Shreveport doesn't look bad now. The warning hasn't been extended and likely won't be if it continues to look as it does now.

Pretty underrated rain maker this one was. In conjunction with the ~2-3 inches in the area the last couple of days, the bayous got filled up pretty quick.

Damn after driving from DFW to south Louisiana starting early this morning on 20 then 49, then reading all of the posts about the tornadoes, I’m glad I was able to leave at 8 am and drive around the perimeter of Beryl before it got to the areas I passed through.
Tornadoes and localized rainfall are two of the things you can never predict where they will happen in hurricanes.

Watching coverage on KTBS in Shreveport. They just said they’re now covering tornado warning number 36 since 11am.
