Belly band holster or equivalent recommendations

Guys I need a decent way of carrying my Glock 43 when wearing gym shorts. It's getting old burning up wearing khaki shorts at all day Saturday tournaments for the kids just so I can carry IWB. Does anybody have any good belly band holsters to recommend? I'm looking at any options you guys have for carrying while wearing gym shorts. TIA

You can carry iwb with paddle holster if you use a drawstring or switch to something smaller for gym shorts days. Ruger LCP or similar.

Have you considered a pocket holster? I carry my Kahr in a desantis sticky holster.
