They say to stop dipping is harder to kick than crack. It was the hardest thing I ever got off of but dont need to do crack to compare.
My take. Quitting dip is much harder than cigarettes.

Lots of good news stories, congrats. But throat cancer is one of the worst cancers out there & that is saying a lot. There was a former long-time-dipper MBL player who had it & he traveled the leagues just showing his face as a warning. He had no face below his nose. Between the cancer itself & the chemo treatments, he lost half his face. My then college-aged son used to dip & I made him look at photo of that ball player. Son quit cold turkey & it's been 15+ yrs now dip free..

I quit dipping 15 years ago. I was around 10 cans of Copenhagen snuff a week. I quit when I had the flu. Only way I could. I looked up and had been over a week. Times I tried before I got headaches and gave in. I hope these things don’t just create more addiction.

Congrats. How big are the pouches compared to Zyn? I dipped for about 15 years and quit two years ago. I would go through a can a day. I prefer Rogue over Zyn because their pouches are bigger and it gives me the feeling that I still have a dip in.

Went to Zyns about six months ago.
Pretty awesome. Also cut drinking alcohol to near zero. Have lost nearly 20 lbs.
I don’t know if there’s some unknown side effects coming, but so far it’s like a miracle pouch.

Same for me. 30 plus years of Copenhagen and one day a buddy told me to try one. I haven't looked back and I save about $25/week.
I use Rogue, but I've tried them all. Rogue is just cheaper at the gas station by my house. Although about every 1 in 10 cans has 3 or 4 pouches busted in them and that's annoying.

You might be well served by ordering some snus from Sweden - I think I've seen 120mg pouches on there. There is some OTer that rocks those, can't remember who.

I wish this existed when I quit. Dipping was the Hardest thing I have ever had to give up.
