Been at DFW airport since 8 am

First it was a weather delay, can't help that. Now we've been waiting since 3 pm because they can't get any flight attendants for our flight. Sitting here all day with the wife (no pics) and kids (8 & 5). FML.

I got stuck in Akron overnight one time because the captain's seat had a broken spring. It was probably 777Tiger that complained about it.

Shouldn't the flight attendants be waiting around if we are also waiting? Hell, I'll be the flight attendant at this point.

We recently got stuck in Vegas. Got there at 5am for a 7am flight because we had our at the time 12 month old (who was sick with an ear infection), flight was delayed multiple times for maintenance and eventually cancelled after we sat there for almost 8 hours. It was crazy annoying. He was in the process of switching off formula to almond milk, and pureed food to regular food so it was a huge pain in the butt.

Flying into Baltimore to stay with SIL and her family outside of DC. Day one of family vacation isn't going well. Also, the bad weather is coming back in. Now delayed until at least 6:30 pm.

Canceled flights are more than likely the culprit as flight attendants can’t get to their next leg in DFW and have to catch flights in once able too. At least they didn’t cancel your flight lol
