I love it. Baton Rouge is turning into Jackson. Give it about two decades and the city will be broke, there will be no fresh water and the place will be ungovernable as crime is no longer segregated to North BR.

New Orleans just went through a lengthy process of picking a new police chief. There’s no need to reinvent the wheel. Just go get the top ten candidates who didn’t get hired and pick from them!
