The guy is a public safety menace and a poster boy for BR bad drivers.

Not necessarily. There is a camera at a major intersection in BR that goes off and issues a ticket when you take a legal right on red.
Coursey\Sherwood. I have 3 unpaid from that intersection alone.

Don't be a drama queen. You don't necessarily have to "blow through a light" to get a ticket.
Does the one at Burbank/Nicholson still issue tickets? People do rolling right turns onto Nicholson all the time without fully stopping. It’s a visible intersection, so not super dangerous.

I had about 1200 in unpaid speeding camera tickets in NOLA that I never paid
Went to get my license renewed and was a little nervous but nothing got flagged

While true, the owner of the vehicle can advise the court who the driver is and make them responsible for it.
Which is bogus. How would you feel if the state police just started mailing out tickets to the owners of speeding vehicles on the interstate?
Also that’s not how it works either. The “court” doesn’t care who the driver was, just that it’s paid. I’ve witnessed it 100 times where people stared this exact thing and were told to get the money from them and pay the ticket. They won’t change the “liable” party.

I'm not sure. I've got a few from turning right on red, but they finally realized I wasn't going to pay them.

Yeah, his posts were all pretty terrible but that bit of "logic" on his part was laughable.
Like I can just show up to court and tell them my cousin was driving the car and they'll just say "Oh, our bad...just give us his address and we'll mail him the ticket, instead. Sorry to waste your time over this!"

My ex wife refused to take ownership of a vehicle that was given to her by the courts, then drove like an a-hole racking up tickets. I had quite the collection of red light tickets, speeding tickets, and toll violations. I had them all moved to her name, every one of them.
You are wrong...

Haha.
Hahahahaha.
There are literally tears in my eyes. If he cared about violent crime, there wouldn't be any cops looking for inspection stickers.

Might that have something to do with the fact that you had documentation stating that the vehicle was awarded to your Ex?
I don’t think this is the same thing as your cousin taking your car and driving like an idiot.

I thought about doing that last time I got one because I've seen you post this before
I just don't want to acknowledge that I received anything.
I do it every time. And I imagine how many drawings of dick that little bastard has to open every day
As for admitting you received the ticket, meh, they cant puy my dick drawing in a line up

I live in an area where there was a blinking red and orange light forEVER.
They up and decide to install a red light because they opened a new school close by.
No probelm, right? Wrong, they leave it on long after school is out and late at night never becoming the blinking light it should be. They do it to catch people on camera.
frick government COCK roaches. I live in the middle of nowhere.

Let’s just extend that concept to all misdemeanors as well.
The problem with your argument is that traffic offenses are not usually criminal offenses to start with. So a far lower burden of proof is involved.
One reason why is that the penalties are so minor. If the sentence were a year in prison then yes, you want a long drawn-out process to minimize the chance of putting the wrong person behind bars. But if it's just a ticket for $100, then if they get the wrong guy it isn't really that big a deal.
That said, most people who argue about how "unfair" it is really did run red lights and are just unhappy about getting caught.
