I feel like I'm too poor to even look at these pictures.

It's OK; Chicken offers some nice interest rates.

I'm a certified appraiser and have appraised everything from mansions to shacks. I wouldn't even know how it would be possible to truly accurately appraise that thing.

Yeah that's my point. Pick an outrageous number and see what happens.

Would be for chicks if I bought it.

Has a lot of amenities compared to other ranches in Texas...Tennis courts, PGA tour golf course, etc, but acreage wise, it's a little on the low side.
I'd love to know how the specs of this compare with Cook Canyon.

Although that place is insanely nice....for $50M-$100M I am having my own architect design my place to the fricking nth degree of my personal definition of perfection. I'm not spending that kind of dough buying someone else's idea of perfection.

I used to have a place like this, but I got tired of all the taxes on it, so...

Yeah the utility bill would be expensive too I bet. I'm not interested.

I wonder what the monthly bills are like. Maintaining a golf course like that in itself is really, really expensive and this one doesn't have green fees I guess to make revenue.
Is this like a 200k a month bill just to own it?

That's not even considered a ranch in Texas. 2500 acres is shite. Those people have lost their minds.
