I'm a certified appraiser and have appraised everything from mansions to shacks. I wouldn't even know how it would be possible to truly accurately appraise that thing.

Has a lot of amenities compared to other ranches in Texas...Tennis courts, PGA tour golf course, etc, but acreage wise, it's a little on the low side.

I'd love to know how the specs of this compare with Cook Canyon.

Although that place is insanely nice....for $50M-$100M I am having my own architect design my place to the fricking nth degree of my personal definition of perfection. I'm not spending that kind of dough buying someone else's idea of perfection.

I wonder what the monthly bills are like. Maintaining a golf course like that in itself is really, really expensive and this one doesn't have green fees I guess to make revenue.

Is this like a 200k a month bill just to own it?
