Yeah it takes stupid money to upkeep something like that. I don't even think you could turn it into a resort and turn a profit.

Here are some pictures of the place that I took when I was there a couple of years ago when I was invited to go fishing on the property. There is a private air strip but its not on the property and there isn't a Heliport either. If you want to get out and have some fun LaRue, Texas isn't the bastion of entertainment.
No hogs on the property as those things were eliminated with the nice fence they put up.
