Any tips on getting this shite to really start draining.
yes drink a lot of orange juice. wait 20 to 30 minutes and have tissue ready.

this will not cure the infection but it will drain a lot of snot.

if that doesn't work, add half cup or more apple cider vinegar to orange juice. I guarantee it will cause snot to pour from your nostrils.

still must use something strong to cure infection.

forget that neti pot nonsense or nasal sprays or sudafed(claritin D) doesn't work on real infections.

ALSO QUIT DRINKING MILK OR CONSUMING HEAVY DAIRY PRODUCTS. just trust me.

Maybe you should see an ENT. Last time I had a bad sinus infection, an ENT irrigated and drained my sinuses and prescribed an antibiotic. It worked better than a Neti Pot.n

Nothing works except antibiotics. Just suffer and you’ll get through it

Sniff some Tony's Cajun spice. Makes me
Sneeze every time and makes
my nose drip. Drs should know this.

Hot peppers, neti pot, steamy shower, have someone kick you in the nuts.

Dilute apple cider vinegar with water and use it as a nasal spray. I use it without water for immediate drainage. ACV shrinks the swollen sinus glands.

Appreciate all the input. This is probably the 2nd worse one I have ever had. My teeth feel like they are going to be pushed out and somebody karate chopped me in the back of the head/neck.

Probably need to go see the ENT, I have broken my nose a couple times so all my shite if messed up.

Same thing I am fighting now. Woke up about day 4 and it felt like my eyeball and teethe were about to pop out. No snot just constant pressure on one side. Went to the Dr and they prescribed me antibiotics which haven’t done shite. I wake up feeling better then it gets progressively worse throughout the day.

I have them chronically due to deviated septum from nose breaks in sports. Honestly nothing beats a spoonful of hot sauce, something hot enough you can feel it in your ears. I'm pretty sensitive to capsicum so a low level hot sauce is good for me. For those less sensitive, you may need something with higher scoville.

To add to others here (I use Neti Pot and some nice and spicy Pho), I also will use the steam from the shower with one of those VapoRub shower tablets in the bottom. I’ll just sit in the bathroom with the door closed and fan off and let it dissolve in the hot shower water.

Boil water in a pot on the stove.
When there is a rumbling boil and steam rising lean over pot with a towel over your head and breath in the steam. Kinda like a TeePee (tent) over your head and pot. Stay there til you can't take it no more. Do this 2 - 3 times a day. Blow nose when finished. I guarantee you shite will start coming out.

Please don't catch towel on fire!

Try Advil cold and sinus.

It comes with a free membership on the offender list.

That stuff works.

This with distilled water and heated for 30 seconds in a microwave every morning, and before bed as needed.

I went through years of sinus problems and this is the only thing that has permanently fixed it. I may get one sinus infection per year now.
