If you are taking sinus meds, remember they will help with the dripping, but they will leave a block of crap in your head. Stop taking the meds for 24-48 hours and use stuff like the neti to get the rest out.

Go to your local Thai place, order something and when they ask you for a spice level say 5. You'll be sitting on a pillow for a couple days but your sinuses will be clear.

Man, that shite is miserable. When I have them moisture in thee air seems to help. I do things like sleep with a vaporizer and take fairly long showers/baths. Also be sure you are totally hydrated….push water. Anything to thin your snot will help.

The good stuff is behind the counter but shite is strong and you have to take early in the morning.

Get the 12 hour and Zyrtec D is the least stimulating, then Allegra D, then Claritin D(you’ll be cleaning floors). I’d start with taking half.

I’ve tried every brand known to man but I’d try this if I were you. For me it’s helped the most and has an anti inflammatory affect. I take it in addition to a neti pot 2x a day

Advil sinus severe congestion

Also for the love of god can Doctors stop overprescribing Antibiotics? 95% of sinus infections are viral.

Good luck, just gotta ride it out.

Close your mouth, hold your nose closed and force air up into your sinuses.

Once pressurized, the snot will seal your sinuses baack off. The air pressure in your sinuses will try to equalize with the atmospheric pressure and will "push" the snot out.

It's the same shite....

DM just has the cough suppressant..

Just needs to drink lots of water with it.
