Everyone in the story is male except for the butch lesbian mom. These men are all presumably on estrogen and unable / unwilling to penetrate a sex partner, so "sex" most likely consists of butch mom defiling them with a "marital aid." Hopefully she at least has enough self-control to refrain from doing this to her own son.

Probably started out with mom being weirdly obsessed that her young child was trans and then impressing upon the child the idea that she was. Fast forward a few years later and surprise surprise the child identifies as trans. Attention whore mommy can’t let her daughter steal the spotlight and so she suddenly identifies as trans. The pussy arse husband who sat back for years and said nothing while his wife manifested this shite decides after all these years it’s HIS turn for attention and so he upstages mommy and daughter and identifies as trans as well… what you have is a house full of attention whores who are so caught up in out doing one another that they end up deep down the depravity hole.
