She is similar in looks and hair/skin coloring to the woman stabbed on the train on Charlotte...could it be a pattern that these low lifes are seeking this type female out to murder?
And that Eliza chick in Tennessee who was a teacher.

I am deeply saddened to hear of this. auburn's Vet Med school provided exceptional care for my employer's 12-year-old, blind-as-a-bat Lab recently, removing a malignant tumor and getting an excellent margin. That dog is our company mascot and comes to greet me first thing every morning when he arrives.
Because of this, Auburn's Vet School has become very dear to all of us here at the office in Bremen, Georgia. (Some of us have even secretly purchased some Auburn gear and sent a little something in donations to the university recently on behalf of our company mascot/security dog.)
I can only hope that the murdered is caught and faces the full wrath of justice. There is simply no need for such a perpetrator to live to see another sunrise. When you mess with one of Auburn's Vet staff, you incur the wrath of more than a few of us vengeful rednecks across the the Chattahoochee on the eastern border of Alabama. If we were to find him first, he would soon wind up as a portion of a few cans of Alpo.

knowing nothing more than what I've read in this thread, my guesses are, in no particular order,
1."local" thug and/or methhead
2. illegal immigrant
3. hit by an angered family member
All tragic , and all senseless.

I'm surprised they've had someone in custody since this morning but haven't announced charges yet.

Probably about a 97% chance it's one of these 2.
It's hard for me to understand people that willingly vote for us to be flooded with people from the 3rd world.

That area of Alabama has never cared much to be politically correct.

You people are stupid. An ex or jealous person isn’t stealing the truck and they wouldn’t attack in broad daylight.
Or they are stupid, like Vince Marinello.

Someone killed the lady in broad daylight and stole her vehicle.
Intelligence isn't a thing for the murderer

If it was someone known to her (jealous husband or an affair or a coworker) - you would think they would announce it quickly to calm community fears.
The longer it goes without an official announcement - the more likely it is an illegal immigrant.

Here are park photos. This area is not sketchy.

The park is huge. Your photos are from the very front of the park. I am going to assume this happened somewhere in the “back” of the park. There is plenty of area there for something like this to happen, but it is rare to walk more than a couple of minutes without seeing other people. If the killer was even remotely familiar with the park, and I’d have to think he most certainly is, why choose a hunting ground that has such a high risk to being seen?

Likely close to the parking lot if they took her truck. Still strange since it would be high traffic.
