so what's the best way to watch live sports on my tv?
I have Hulu Live ($40/month) and Disney + which includes ESPN+ (13/month).
There isn't much I can't catch.
Att Internet bundled with my cell service.
Internet is $20/month plus $53 for streaming services.
I was paying Cox about $250/month

If ESPN would sell a bundle package, I’d pay $25/ month for it and never look back. I don’t watch anything else.
I promise you that is part of the deal ESPN makes with TV companies - that ESPN won’t do exactly that.

I'm paying $200 a month for bundled. Net speed is 200 mbs though. And HBO packaged

I just got off the phone cancelling my service. They have dicked around with our bill for 6 months now and this was my final straw.
I did get nailed with a $270 cancellation fee for breaking contract but I will break even in 2 months so it is totally worth it. I did also file a complaint with the BBB about the issues and the reason why we are cancelling so hoping that might get us a break on the cancellation fee but I’m not holding my breath.

ATT is the suck
They could dominate cell and tv service, but refuse to stop being a shite company. They would rather piss customers off than keep them. Their prices are horribly over the market, and they try to frick you, if you don't cancel quickenough on their promos.
It's unbelievable how incompetent a company can be. They could dominate and crush everyone, but they refuse to give a frick

AT&T-TV Now has gone up to $80/month with no discount for having an unlimited data plan. I'm canceling this month. Sling is half that cost. ATT is actively trying to not be competitive.

No one ever accused ATT of being smart.
ATT truly doesn’t give a flip about their customers.

Between internet service and streaming platforms, I don't think in really saving any money. However, the flexibility and mobility is worth it nonetheless.
Apple+
Hulu
Netflix
ESPN+
One day someone is going to sell a little box that bundles all of those for a single price. And we'll be right back where we started.

Well I'm paying for internet regardless so you can't put this in the equation. I'll also be paying for Netflix and Disney+ regardless if I have DirectTV or not, so take that one out. So I'm strictly comparing DirectTV and streaming services that would take the place of that. With all the different fees for HD, DVR and multiple receivers, I will definitely come out ahead by switching.

I was locked into a two year agreement with Direct TV and as soon as it was over they jacked me up from $50 a month to $125. I cancelled and now im enjoying Youtube TV

They are pushing DirecTV hard, yet spent all this time, effort, and money on fiber optic for their UVerse.
I think that's mainly to feed internet and voice, not so much cable.
