Get back to work, go about our business and move on. Set up temporary medical facilities (tents if need be) for those who will need medical attention, take whatever casualties may come and get back to life.

We can't sit idle like this for more than a few weeks can we? Hopefully our leaders are planing for this.

Many of us have already done so in our personal lives.

What could we call these places where we concentrate people who have the illness? Any thoughts?

If the media reports on the studies of the Diamond Princess cruise ship, the hysteria will end swiftly.

...and it's arrogant aholes like you that are going to further the spread. Just sit tight. The world isn't going to end if everyone takes extra precautions for a month.

Well, we have toughed it out for like 3 hours now.....I cant imagine we can hold out much longer.

planning for what? Our citizens to be huge assholes with no ability to shake a tiny bit of adversity? I dont know if they were prepared for us to lose it in the first day.

Our forefathers stormed beaches, women dropped what they were doing and built planes and ships for 20 hours a day....kids maintained households for entire family...

Fast forward to 2020, we dont even handle doing nothing with a lick of backbone.

And it's arrogant assholes like you that assumes everyone out there can afford to not work for a month.

What makes you think a month matters? You don't think it's coming back in the fall?

It may or may not, but there will be immunities in the fall, there will be, tests readily available, vaccinations or treatments developed, maybe targeted anti virals......either way, we can deal with it better now that we know it is here.

We are tanking our own economy. That shite isn't worth it for a 0.5% mortality rate. Check my thread on the updated mortality rate from the Diamond Princess study.
