Wow, that video is ridiculous. Any cop could have taken the dude out just from the ground, he wasn’t even hiding or being stealthy he was just bum fricking his way up the roof with everyone watching him

I still think this guy was just a complete loser who found community around guns and had an opportunity to go out with a bang being a presidential rally right up the road from his parents’ house.
Maybe it does come out he’s some left wing nut…that was certainly my first inclination. Just not seen anything pointing to political motivation yet.

So we have video evidence of people seeing the shooter on the roof. We now hear that he was confronted by an officer but the officer retreated when the shooter pointed his rifle at him. Clearly the snipers were aware of something going on on the rooftop of that building beings as they were all focused on it.
All of this begs the question why was Trump not pulled from the stage before shots were ever fired? If there was even the slightest hint of a potential threat which clearly there was shouldn't that be protocol as a first action taken?
I truly believe nobody wants to believe this was an inside job but man there's just so much that wreaks. The ladder we've seen in pictures. How did that get there? Dude just walked with it and wasn't noticed? Set it up the night before and no law enforcement found that suspicious when clearing the building? Lot of questions with answers we will probably never get.
