For some reason, I can't stand the segments on SC in the morning. I always fast forward though. Something about Melrose irritates me.

I'm doing the same with quantum theory

Old here but I still have a desire to enjoy a handful of things more versus almost everything when younger. I actually read more, I like hiking, riding dirt bikes, and fixing things mostly via YouTube assistance. I’ll lend a hand to others more readily now and Family means a ton!

I find I get in ruts. At 48, I try to push myself to do things that interest me. Meaning. I learned minecraft because my kids loved it and opened a server, etc. Then I grew disinterested in that. So I stopped. Then I started making t-shirts because I wanted to learn about graphics and how to do it. Did that for a while and made good money on the side until it didn't interest me any longer. So now I'm making youtube videos to learn how to video edit and tie into my love of photography/video.
Basically I do the things I have to do to stay married and food on the table. I consider that work. The rest, I only do if I want to. Not to impress others. So I guess the answer to your question is yes and no. I have the attention span of a gnat, but a huge amount of things I can find interesting.

The only sports I really follow are LSU football and the Saints. I used to love MLB but probably haven't watched 5 games in 10 years.
I have a lot less interest in current events, politics, TV, movies than I used to. No interest in pop culture or most modern music.
I just want to be be left alone for the most part

I have less interest in pretty much anything that doesn’t involve my two kids.
Outside of pussy of course.

Probably not less interest but certainly different.

Less interested in things I used to be very interested in but much more interest in things I used to not care about

I find myself disappearing in to my hobbies. The main ones are hunting/fishing. It's more a way of life than a hobby because I'm trying to minimize the amount of food i have to buy. My buddies always comment that Loup is melting in to the swamp. I've found a very satisfying use for my free time.

I don't know anything about the Dust Bowl and spend two weeks on it.
Ken Burns documentary is amazing and "Grapes of Wrath" is a must-read.
43 and there are definitely things I've lost interest in but many others I've gained interest in. I'd go so far as to say I have more interests these days than I did when I was 23.

I have two kids. I have time for nothing

I turn 53 next week.
I'm more "in" to my new hobby of kayak fishing than I've been in to anything in some time. Before that, I was a bicycle racer for 20 years. I rode 3-5 times a week, year round. I still ride but I don't race, and it doesn't hold the same thrill for me that it used to.
But the kayak has been an awesome new hobby. I've been fishing lakes in the Houston area and me and some buddies are going to float and fish the Devils River in south Texas for 3 days in April.
I've been reading all I can about the gear, fishing tactics, the different sections of the river.
And at my age, with no kids, I can pretty much afford all the nice gear and gadgets.

I've been a sports fan since I was born.. Seriously, its just part of me.. I really think it is a genetic thing. My dad's dad was a huge die hard sports fan who use to keep up with everything.
My mom's mom was a huge sports fan. Anytime we went to their house, she had the TV on whatever sporting event there was (and this was before everything was as available as it is today). So that's just something that is 2nd nature to me..

I mentioned that I had lost some interest in the Saints over on the Saints board, and it did not go over well.
