Absolutely. Hey I'm old. You get more mellow as you get older, at least I did.
Things I now consider important.....
1) playing with my toddler granddaughter and her collection of playdough. I make a wicked playdough snowman.
2) chaffeuring my grandkids to after school activities, like practicing for a school play.
3) telling my toddler granddaughter repeatedly that I love her and watching as she snuggles next to me for a quick nap.
4) watching a gorgeous sunrise (and sunset) and knowing that God created that for us.
5) Silence
There are more, but too many to mention.
