This will be the downfall of Costco.

The Costco Guys have already put down a deposit on a sweet crib above the mothership.

Putting low income/S8 housing on a Costco? What could possibly go wrong…

We go to places like Costco to get away from those people. Now if we go, it will be like going to the projects.
No thanks.

If it works, maybe Costco will do this in NOLA East along I-10 or U.S. 90?

The low income residents can just walk downstairs and shoplift. At least Costco won’t have to chase down their baskets around the hood.

Yup. Wait til the auto burglaries start.
Friend owns a really nice clothing store in a fairly nice four story building. Well the landlords got the bright idea to rent out some space upstairs to a medicaid office .
Now he has to deal with kids running in and taking stuff, taking away the parking spots clearly designated for his customers, and making a mess. They had to put a keypad on the common area bathrooms just to keep them out.

I go to Costcos to avoid the low income housing people.

That does not compute.

I don't want to be assaulted by poors asking for money when I get to the Costco parking lot.

Poor black people live in the Village. More well to do black people live in the Hills.
It's called segregation when it's well to do white people that live apart from poor black people and it's racist.
