I've ever heard anyone use "racial slurs" in public, especially not at work, especially not anywhere near a black person. So forgive me for being a tad skeptical of this.

These folks have a long history of this tactic. I worked at a restaurant that fell victim to this nonsense.

Yup. Was constant at Sullivans a few years ago. They brought Leo back from Dallas and he stopped it in a hurry.

We had a graduation group from Grambling that came in. 30 top, 30 mins late and brought 10 extra people. We accommodated them, got their food out really fast, but one person ate half their meal and said they didn't like it. Once a discount got offered, it spread like a virus. All of a sudden something was wrong with everyone's food and they all demanded a discount. Of course, they then wrote a letter to the BBB saying that they were discriminated against. Absolute bullshite.
