Absolutely not. I am not personally responsible for anybody’s hardships. I’m already incensed at the knowledge of how much of paycheck is already going into the black void of government.

fricking pathetic. 99.9999% of the time a black person jogs or gets arrested they don’t die. These things are outliers. It’s this type of bullshite and asinine statements that make the division worse. You aren’t even interested in having a discussion based in reality.

Please list my egregious infractions, besides being born white, of which I had no vote in the matter, in order to show where my money should be paid to random people who simply have a different skin pigmentation than my own and I will be glad to entertain the concept of reparations.

No, it’s based on reality. I own a yard sign business (ya know the ones that setup surprise happy birthday signs in peoples front yards at night and leave them up for a 24 hour rental) and our black delivery drivers/setup team go through so much more shite than our white ones. (All of which are college aged kids) The black ones are Constantly being questioned why they are in certain neighborhoods, pulled over a few times for absolutely nothing, harassed by neighbors, or accused of stealing when they go pick up the signs. They are even scared to wear hoodies when it’s cold or rain jackets when it’s pouring. Sadly, the same doesn’t happen to the white ones.
I used to think that most situations were outliers as well, but the past year of this business has really opened my eyes to the shitty bias people have on a daily basis.
Like I said, I don’t agree with reparations but also don’t think daily life is equal.
