I feel like you could challenge this in court and get a settlement. It’s not illegal to sleep with coworkers in private business. I’m not sure how it’s legal to classify legal acts as fireable contractual offenses.

A CEO sleeping with his secretary isn’t getting fired for instance. Why is it different in education

But go to a Coldplay concert with your head of human resources….

McDonald's, Intel, and Nestle have all fired their CEOs for having a sexual relationship with an employee which was consensual so yes, CEOs do get fired for this kind of thing.

Most cheaters I know don't really seem too picky. It's all about attention and ego stroking. Kind of dudes who don't realize that the waitress if flirting for tips.

Not to be rude, but this is a pretty ignorant statement. Obviously parties are free to agree to terms in an employment contract that would limit their ability to perform otherwise “legal acts.” And a violation of those terms could be deemed a fireable offense under the contract agreed to by those parties.
