Are you letting your subordinates off early today?

I didn’t have any plans to, but noticed they’re starting to pace back and forth a lot. It’s not like the holiday butts up to a long weekend. Get back to work people!
I plan on cutting out around 3:30ish. They can leave after that for all I care.

I told my guys they could leave early today or come in late Thurs. Their choice. Makes for good morale and that makes for productive workers. Acting like you don't care about your employees is bad for business.
