Most certainly.
With so many working from home, now is the best time to have service performed.
Don't have to try to schedule an off day to meet some HVAC guy at the house

No prohibition against non-essential workers that don't fall into section 4, so long as the group is less than 10. See section 5 of JBE's order.

I own a residential cleaning service, two-person team. My daughter and I ( no photos, and don't ask). We are not an essential business, and no one wants me in their home right now. Either because they are afraid I will infect them with contaminated supplies, or I am sick myself and not showing symptoms, or they can not afford my service due to lack of funds.

Residential cleaning is not on the essential list. However, many businesses are following the guidelines that state if appropriate social distancing is done, and less than 10 people are in home, they can go.
As a residential cleaner, it's not worth the risk - I know very little about this disease, and while I am certain I can disinfect bathroom surfaces, it gets sketchy on granite, stainless steel, and furniture. Those surfaces are difficult to disinfect-- because you can not use clorox wipes and bleach on everything- and feather dusters, and vacuums could make bacteria airborne.
I'd rather take a hit financially for a while so that I can ensure the safety of customers, and my family as well.

I am in the electrical supply business. Most of our service work only customers are really struggling right now. The new construction and commercial guys are blowing and going though

AC guy came out to check our units because upstairs wasn’t cooling properly. They’ll be back tomorrow to replace the coils on both since both were leaking pretty bad.

This is bullshite. I do title work and this is the busiest I have been in a long time. The rates have gone back up some though. This was done by the industry as they couldn't handle the influx in business. Whoever you were talking to is full of shite.

Yes, our furnace was on the fritz, so we had someone come out and service the system. It's still pretty cool up here in the PNW.

Ya, the lenders and realtors I spoke with have the same story.
Busy as hell, but appraisers are taking longer to get their work done. Of course, my market has been isolating and in a stay at home order longer than others so that probably put even more pressure for less appraisers out there. Apparently more than a few are older and didn't want to go in occupied homes.
Closing almost blew up over that issue after an unrelated frick up put it in play. But other than that, things are moving.

i just let two black home depot delivery guys deliver a washing machine inside my home. they were awesome dudes and glad that they are still working.

Having a carpet guy come to restretch and seam my basement carpet after I built a partition wall this week. Will sanitize and will not be shaking hands, but I'm not worried about it otherwise

I’m in plumbing supply. We have seen very little drop off in sales. Hard to believe that residential new construction is deemed “essential”
