No- I leave Friday for SE Asia for 2 weeks and aware it may be longer. Also I don't use and have never cared for anti bacterial soap.

Seems like an airtight plan.

I think I would cancel any upcoming trip for the next couple months at this point just to be safe.

COVID-19 = 22 US deaths so far this year 2020

Flu = 18,000+ US deaths so far this year

Headed there as well in mid-May. Could careless at this point about corona and am way more concerned with some type of travel ban or required quarantine upon reentry or something like that.

Go and have fun. I just got back from that area. And note the number of folks wearing masks at the airport and especially at the large airport you originate from. A lot of masks are being used as a first line of defense.

I definitely haven't reached the point where I'm definitely not going. I've just started to think about being in a confined space for a period of time.

My daughter really wants to go on a "big boat" aka cruise, we planned to take one in April. I don't want to get stuck on that shite. Cost of it is plummeting, but then you are stuck on a boat with people that normally can't afford as nice of a cruise, so the cost savings aren't worth it either. I think we may put it off for awhile and do something else.

The media has taken this and run with it. If you are in reasonable health, and not in the same home with an elderly/immunocompromised person, there's no reason to change anything about your life. This ain't the 1919 Influenza- healthy people are getting this and living with it. It's a bad cold, baw.

I got an international work trip coming up end of April. Not sure if it’s going to happen at this point

I think you do need to look at your plans if you end up in a quarantine group though. Plan for if you get stuck somewhere that it is somewhere that wouldn't be bad, like getting stuck on a cruise ship would suck arse.

I don’t post porn but it’s good to see you in yet another one of my threads. You’re 100% committed.

At the same time, it has been here longer than it has been in Italy.

Same here, luckily we opted for travel insurance so we wont be out much if we cancel or reschedule.

Ummmm... It's been in the US since Jan. 14th. I guess those 14 days make a huge difference?

Tell that to the dead nursing home residents in Seattle.

Your comparison is meaningless until we get a better handle on the infection rate etc.

Go look at the graphs of new confirmed cases, it just started shooting up at the end of February/beginning of March.
