How does the average person do it!


The 1600 house note and 700 car note speaks for almost all of the monthly take home on a 60k salary

House - below (3 years left on a 15 year note)

CC debt - below

Care Note - below

Income - above

They are married/living with another income earner. The average person doesn’t have those, those are the averages for people who do. Most people probably have no car note.
