You must be skinny and fast.
Linemen probably have higher numbers.

Spend a few hours on the OT and you realize its 95% conservative white male with an average age of ~40 years old and enough free time to jack around on here in the middle of a weekday. As a whole, that demographic might not be averaging $200K, but its not $60K either.

Everything I have is paid for. I have an average size penis. I have no debt and a car that is paid for. I earn only 80k per year.

I haven't had a monthly payment on anything for at least 8 years.

House payment, do you count your two college kids in that?
Credit card debt- zero
Car payment - again do you count college kids cars?
Salary- above
We do drive good vehicles, each one has $20,000 in equity if sold at today's prices. Toyota and Lexus are great at holding value.
House payment is high, but have $500,000 equity in it.
The question is kinda silly. You can have a large mortgage payment but be paying it off in 15 instead of 30 years. Same with a car. Mine would be under $500 a month if I went the Ole 72 month payment, but prefer to have them paid off in 36 months.

Primary residence is paid for, I have small mortgage on a vacation property but it’s at ~2.0% so I’m not incentivized to pay it off just to say I’m debt free.
No credit card debt or car notes.
So saving a bunch.
