Downside of a foam mattress is turning in your sleep becomes a task that will wake you up. You can't use the "spring" of the mattress to assist in the motion. It's all you.

I have the temperpedic breeze, 3 yrs old and sleeps like it did at new. It's not hot either

Get latex instead. Talalay makes the best.

We've had to replace our Tempurpedic no less than three times due to sagginess. Good thing for the 20 year warranty. Edge support goes awry faster than you'd like too. We have the firm, and it's not firm very long. If you like a firm mattress, I'd look elsewhere. This will be our very last Tempurpedic.

We are still loving our Tuft and Needle. Had it a couple of years so far. No sag.

Geez how fat are you? I turn in my sleep every night on a foam mattress and it never wakes me up.

My Tempurpedic is 15yrs old and is perfect.
Two of my kids have the one from Sam's Club and they are doing great despite being pretty cheap (Zinus)

I have a Casper and Bear. Both are comfortable but everyone who sleeps on the Bear prefers it. Had them both for 2+ years.

Latex is better. No sag, doesn't trap heat, last forever.

Can’t say on durability because we just got our Tuft & Needle after the last TD thread a couple of weeks ago.
Comfort and sleep quality has been amazing since we made the change. It really is one of those decisions that you will only regret not doing sooner.

Can’t speak on Casper, but I have a Tempurpedic king that will turn 11 years old this year. No issues. Still as good as when I bought it AND it has a 20 year warranty.
Spend the money. Mattresses are one of those things we take for granted, but they are so important to everyday life. Splurge for quality.

They sag. We have had our Purple matress for about 4 years or so now. You do get some indentation from where you lay.
Most of these companies only honor the warranty if the indentation is like 2 inches deep.

We're looking into the purple, which is a totally different type of mattress. It's kinda weird, but nice. About 2400 for a king at the second highest thickness.

I've had my Tuft & Needle going on 6 years now and it's still like the day I bought it. No sagging, still firm. I rotate the mattress about once every 6 months. Best mattress I've ever had and it only cost like $500. I've spent thousands before and they all sucked within 2-3 yrs.

I bought the Purple (Hyper Elastic Polymer Grid) mattress a little over 2 years ago, and am still happy with it. Bought Tuft & Needle (Memory Foam) mattresses for each of the kids rooms at the same time...they have been awesome as well.

i recently put a 10" Zinus from amazon on my bed in my houseboat and its been a game changer. I've gotten to where i can't wait to go to camp just to sleep on that damn thing. Ive read a ton on the subject and i just can't bring myself to spend the big cash on one when there are beds out there like the zinus that a lot of people claim are just as good. fixing to build a solid foundation at home and put the 12"
